We offer our guests two bedrooms completely renovated in 2016 and recently refurnished,
which keep their rural origins intact and revisited in a key of elegant simplicity;
they both overlook the garden with independent entrances and private bathrooms
and enjoy a beautiful view thanks to a large window.

THE ANCIENT KILN
The building, dating back between XVIII and XIX centuries, was originally a brick and lime kiln, later left unused for several tens of years and brought back to life, looking for a synthesis of tradition and modernity.
A careful and philologically respectful restoration of its materials and interior spaces has retained some original elements such as some portions of stone walls, wooden beams and ancient terracotta tile roofing, to which some new details have been added, including the spacious wooden lofts.

A modern and smart style with gilded details that characterizes the 22-sqm on the ground floor, set up with a comfortable double bed, designer furniture and accessories, to which a 10-sqm loft space is added for our guests' relaxation and leisure hours.
Amenities: walk-in shower with overhead, bath towels, hair dryer, courtesy set, pillow menu, kettle, coffee machine with pods, wine cellar, wi-fi, Alexa voice assistant, mosquito net and fan.

La Macina (The millstone room)
Wood and stone of rural tradition
A classic but also rural style characterizes the 22 sqm on the ground floor, set up with a comfortable double-bed furniture and accessories in solid wood and wrought iron, to which a 10-sqm mezzanine is added either for our guests' relaxation and leisure hours or to set up a double sofa-bed.
Amenities: walk-in shower with overhead, bath towels, hair dryer, courtesy set, pillow menu, kettle, coffee machine with pods, wine cellar, massage chair, sofa-bed, wi-fi, Alexa voice assistant, mosquito net and fan.

A good day starts
in the morning
To start in the best way, with good mood and renewed energy since the early morning hours: that's the mission of the hostess who will not fail to pamper them with homemade delicacies, served in the spacious room on the ground floor of the former mill and arranged on the large wooden table, to be shared with other guests.
Continental breakfast will be served from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. At 9.30 AM the breakfast room must be vacated. After this time the service will be not provided. Any intolerances, food allergies, "international" variations and extra times must be agreed prior to our guests' arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on; check-out at 10:00 a.m.

For a better reception, will you please always communicate your arrival time.

Guests staying for several days are asked to leave the room by 11 a.m. to allow for its daily cleaning. After this time the service will not be provided.

In the case of extended stays, linen will be changed every 3 days.

No smoking in the bedrooms and common areas.

It's forbidden the consuption of one's own beverage and food (plase no pic-nic, we are not a campsite).

Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

We accept families with children from 12 years of age in La Macina Room only.

We are not responsible for any theft of valuables left unattended.

It is forbidden the use of electric stoves or other ones for cooking food in the bedrooms.

A two-night minimum stay is required in July, August as well as during Bank holidays.
