Through a trap door you will go undurground, where the water once flowed and set in motion the mechanisms for grinding wheat and chestnuts to obtain flour. A bottle of still or sparkling white or red wine will be paired with some appetizers. Enjoyed a very cozy atmosphere!

AN APERICNIC-CHIC IN NATURE
Take a break sitting on the grass in our garden, savoring a platter of traditional Piacenza and Parma cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, vegetable compotes and pickles produced by our farm. We will provide you with pillows, a basket with tablecloth, ceramic plates, metal cutlery, glasses, water and a bottle of wine.

A COOKING CLASS AT THE MILL!
Chiara, in the guise of "resdora", will welcome you for a cooking lesson based on 3 simple traditional local recipes: crocetti (fresh pasta), the famous Bardigiana herb or cabbage cake and the "standing milk" dessert.
At the end, regenerating aperitif and a lunch or dinner in a private and exclusive setting with the dishes you prepared previously!
