THE CARPANA MILL
The name, chosen by Chiara and Stefano for their property, comes from the last use of the building: a grain mill. Originally the building, dating back between XVIII and XIX centuries, was a brick and lime kiln, handed on to different families and later unused for several decades.
A careful and philologically respectful restoration of its materials and interior spaces, begun in early 2016, brought it back to life.

A modern and smart style with gilded details that characterizes the 22-sqm on the ground floor, set up with a comfortable double bed, designer furniture and accessories, to which a 10-sqm loft space is added for our guests' relaxation and leisure hours.
Amenities: walk-in shower with overhead, bath towels, hair dryer, courtesy set, pillow menu, kettle, coffee machine with pods, wine cellar, wi-fi, Alexa voice assistant, mosquito net and fan.
Included services: breakfast with fresh products,
indoor non-covered parking.

La Macina (The millstone room)
Wood and stone of rural tradition
A classic but also rural style characterizes the 22 sqm on the ground floor, set up with a comfortable double-bed furniture and accessories in solid wood and wrought iron, to which a 10-sqm mezzanine is added either for our guests' relaxation and leisure hours or to set up a double sofa-bed.
Amenities: walk-in shower with overhead, bath towels, hair dryer, courtesy set, pillow menu, kettle, coffee machine with pods, wine cellar, massage chair, sofa-bed, wi-fi, Alexa voice assistant, mosquito net and fan.

In order to ensure tranquility for our guests, families with children from 12 years of age are accepted.

HARMONY IN THE GREENERY
The experience is private and exclusive, it is available during the following hours: from February 13 to April 31 and from October 1 to December 31 - AFTERNOON SESSION: 4:30 PM-6:00 PM; EVENING SESSION: 6:30 PM-8:00 PM; from May 1 to June 15 and from September 1 to 30: SINGLE SESSION 6:00/6:30 PM - 7:30/8:00 PM.
The service is confirmed exclusively with advance reservation together with overnight stay, or as "day use" (except for Saturday evenings).
The service is not available from mid-June to the end of August
